Drug prescription refills are available during office hours when the physician and staff can access your medical records. Please have the phone number of the pharmacy of your choice available at the time of your call. There is a $20 fee for prescription refills and a $30 fee for new prescriptions that are called into the pharmacy.

We accept a variety of PPO plans. Please call your insurance company prior to your scheduled appointment to verify coverage. Patients are ultimately responsible for all fees charged for services rendered.
